Enterprise AI transformation leader

Most organizations do not realize the full potential of AI.

I lead large scale AI and SaaS transformation across Fortune 500 organizations, turning capability into adoption and measurable business value through systems built to perform in production.

This site is designed as a layered reveal of identity — professional, cultural, and personal, unfolding only as you move through it.

Punto de vista

What I Believe

There are real barriers to capturing the value promise of enterprise AI. Organizations often treat AI as a technology deployment rather than an organizational transformation, purchasing the API while skipping change management, and adoption stalls as a result.

The companies that capture AI value build the muscle, not just the model: teams who understand both the technology and the business domain, human-AI workflows people actually want to use, and the playbooks and governance that turn a pilot into a production system.

I have led consulting teams through numerous AI transformation engagements, and the pattern is consistent: find the use case where AI solves a problem people already feel, build the smallest team that can prove it works, then scale the team and methodology before scaling the technology.

Currently thinking about

The end of the integration era. When AI agents can orchestrate entire business processes end-to-end, the trillion-dollar systems integration industry does not evolve. It gets replaced. The companies building the next wave of enterprise infrastructure will not look like consulting firms. They will look like AI-native platforms with services DNA.

AI-native organizations as the default. Within five years, every Fortune 500 will either operate with AI agents embedded in core decision loops or lose ground to competitors that do. The bottleneck is not model capability. It is the organizational courage to redesign workflows around machine judgment and the implementation teams who can make that transition safe, governed, and irreversible.

Raíces

Afro Latino professional shaped by Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage.

Moved from Puerto Rico to North Carolina as a teenager, entering new environments where language, culture, and identity required constant adjustment.

Learned early what it meant to be one of the few Black and Latino students in academic and professional spaces, navigating visibility while building confidence in how I carried myself.

Engineering became structure and discipline. Enterprise technology became scale and opportunity.

Career growth developed inside global consulting environments where expectations were high and representation was limited.

Now based in the New York metropolitan area.

Married to my husband. Identity and stability now exist alongside ambition.

Uno siempre vuelve a donde es feliz.

What I build reflects where I come from, what I had to learn quickly, and how I learned to move through environments where I was often different. That perspective shows up in how I lead and how I build systems.
