Afro-Latino, shaped by Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage. I moved from Puerto Rico to North Carolina as a teenager: new language, new culture, constant adjustment.
I learned early what it meant to be one of the few Black and Latino people in the room. Engineering gave me structure. Enterprise technology gave me scale. That perspective shapes how I lead and how I build systems.
Now based in New York with my husband, Cesar, and our two dogs.
