AI is an organizational change, not a software install.
Most organizations buy the API, skip the change management, and watch adoption stall. The ones that capture value build the muscle, not just the model: teams fluent in both the technology and the business, workflows people want to use, and governance that turns a pilot into a production system.
What I do
TransformGet AI out of the pilot and into the workPrograms that make AI part of how people actually do their jobs across complex enterprises, not a demo leadership saw once.
DeliverMake the platform fit the peopleServiceNow, Moveworks, and the AI and integration layers around them, built around how employees actually ask for help.
GrowLeave the muscle behindTeams, playbooks, and practitioners who keep the work going long after launch.
The views here are my own and do not represent those of my current or any past employers. I do not offer consulting services through this site. Any coaching I provide is focused on career development for students, early-career professionals, and community groups.
Selected work
Two practices I helped build, and three patterns that repeat.
01 · Deloitte · Digital Workplace & AI
Building an AI practice from zero
Result
$15M+revenue in a single year deploying practitioners into Moveworks engagements
100practitioners trained
The problem
Enterprises were buying conversational AI, and the firm had no dedicated practice or bench of people trained to deliver it.
What I did
Built the Moveworks practice from a blank page: the offerings, the delivery approach, and a curriculum that trained 100 practitioners to carry the work.
02 · Deloitte · ServiceNow HRSD
Growing with a platform practice
Result
8programs supported end to end
600K+employees reached across HRSD and AI
The problem
Large employers needed HR service delivery that worked for employees, not just for the ticket queue, and they needed it at global scale.
What I did
Joined as the practice's second member and grew from consultant to leader as it scaled. Helped build its tools and playbook, and sat on the leadership advisory team for eight programs, supporting each end to end. Led delivery hands-on: functional lead through three releases across 35+ countries, requirements lead on Deloitte's first ServiceNow HRSD program.
03 · Rescue
8 weeksto go-live
Took over a struggling program, went live on time with minimal defects, and the client came back for its AI build.
04 · Strategy to delivery
9 weeksto pilot
Advised on AI strategy and vendor choice, then delivered it: 80+ use cases live, case volume down 20%.
05 · Change that sticks
Still in use
Left a change playbook the client still runs, for a mostly deskless workforce.
Competencies
Skills
Work is being rebuilt task by task, and hiring, roles and transformation are moving from job titles to skills. This is the skills inventory behind the work above, with how deep I go in each.
Open a group to see its skills, then a skill to see where it shows up in my work.

Building something where AI meets people? Let's talk.
I'm always glad to talk about speaking and teaching, or mentoring people breaking into AI. Hablemos.
